Hey Mist Hikers!
What an INCREDIBLE First Day!
Words can barely describe our astonishment, so let’s just say there are now more spirits of bewilderment in the world! The Book of Spirits is not only funded - it is getting more content than ever, including:
- Art Prints. Five premium prints (8.5x11 inch) with beautiful art from the book are now included with every physical pledge tier.
- More Boons and Banes. 20 additional boons and banes will be added to the book, making a total of 50!
- Spirit Companions. The book will include five more adorable spirit creatures that can be summoned as familiars!
- New Subclasses. The book will feature two additional subclasses: the Veilward Ranger and the Circle of Harmony Druid.
And there’s more to unlock! Our next stretch goal doubles the number of Mist Hiker Field Notes, expanding the collection from 8 to 16!
Almost Faded Away: Early Bird Miniature
The first day of the campaign is already behind us, which means there’s not much time to get the 48-Hour Early Bird reward – spirit of accomplishment miniature!
Tomorrow at 10am EST, the spirit fades back to the Spirit Realm, so if you’re still thinking about pledging, do it soon!
Maps, Maps, and More Maps!
The Book of Spirits has some maps included, and our stretch goals may unlock even more, but if there’s one thing I learned as a GM is that you can never have enough maps. With that in mind, we’d like to introduce another wonderful Kickstarter project by our friend Tom Cartos – Into the Wilds Battlemap Books!
Into the Wilds is a collection of 9 fully customizable, biome and region themed physical battlemap books. They are ideal for pre-set or random encounters, so you can be fully prepared no matter which direction your players choose to head in.
