I backed in the first 48 hours, how do I make sure I get my free miniature?
Here’s how it works:
- You back the campaign (on a pledge tier that has a physical product)
- Kickstarter notes the time you pledged
- After the campaign is over, we search for all pledges with a timestamp before the 48 hour mark, and remove pledges that don’t have a physical product
- If your pledge is in that category, we will reach out to you after the campaign through the BackerKit Pledge Manager and ask if you want your physical miniature
- If you say yes, it’s added to your order for free!
NOTE: if you edit your pledge, that’s fine, the timestamp doesn’t change. If you cancel your pledge, then it’s deleted and you might miss out (even if you back again later).

I followed the campaign on BackerKit during prelaunch, how do I make sure I get my free STL?
If you’ve followed the campaign during pre-launch and pledged to any tier, you are eligible to receive an STL of an adorable Spirit of Accomplishment. Here’s how it works:
- You followed the campaign’s BackerKit Prelaunch page
- You back the campaign (PDF tier or higher)
- After the campaign is over, we compare the list of prelaunch emails to the list of backers.
- If your email appears on both, we will include the STL in your order for free.
In other words, there’s nothing further you need to do. We will send that STL reward directly to you when we fulfill our digital pledges.

How do I get add-ons?
After choosing your tier, you’ll have an option to add add-ons. If you forgot to add them you can always update your pledge before the campaign ends by clicking ‘manage your pledge’ -> ‘change your pledge’, and add them.
If you missed on some of the add-ons, you’ll have a chance to add them again when the pledge manager opens!

Will there be a Pledge Manager?
Absolutely. We’ve partnered with BackerKit to use their Pledge Manager system. You’ll get an email survey a few weeks after the campaign finishes, asking for confirmation of your address. During the pledge manager period, you could also add more add-ons to your pledge!

How does shipping work?
You may notice that Kickstarter charges $0.00 for shipping after paying for your pledge, that’s because we charge for shipping only after we calculate the exact measurements and weights of your pledge.
When your pledge is ready to be fulfilled, we will send you a payment request through the Pledge Manager with the shipping costs and any other applicable taxes in your region (VAT, etc.)
To create a better shipping experience, we will offer customs-friendly shipping to several destinations. This means we will be shipping from within your region to provide more affordable rates. Eligible regions include:
United States United Kingdom European Union (excluding Malta and Cyprus) Australia & New Zealand Canada
For more information, check the Shipping & VAT section on the Kickstarter page!

What miniatures are available in the campaign?
We have quite a lot of miniatures designed by Dragon Trappers Lodge. You can get most miniatures as either STLs or physical prints, as described below.
The Core Miniature Pack introduces 10 miniatures, aligning to classic D&D sizes: Blightshades (Medium, 3 variants), Wrath Spirits (Medium, 3 variants), Hope Spirit (Medium), Valor Spirit (Large), Remorse Spirit (Large), and the Spirit Dragon of Despair (Huge, 90mm tall). The physical version of the Core Miniature Pack is included with the Core Box and the Deluxe Box pledge tiers. It’s also available as an add-on.
Next, we have the MASSIVE Rage Titan which is approximately 181mm tall. Its base is slightly larger than other Gargantuan sized models - truly in epic proportions! Note that it does require some assembly, as it is simply too big to send in one piece. The Rage Titan is available with the Deluxe Box pledge tier, and can also be added as an add-on to all other physical tiers.
You can get both the Rage Titan and the Core Miniature Pack as STLs and print them at home by supporting the Digital Deluxe, Core Box, and Deluxe Box pledge levels. These STLs are also available as an add-on.
Finally, there’s a set of hero miniatures called “Heroes of the Spirit Realm”, which features 6 Medium-sized humanoid adventurers. These physical miniatures are only available as an add-on, and can be added to any physical pledge tier.

Are the miniature STL files pre-supported?
Yes! Each STL is pre-supported and tested, so you can be confident that they print splendidly.
The STL pack also includes unsupported version of each STL, so you can place your own supports if you prefer.

What kind of spirits are in the book?
Spirits are primal beings born from the emotions of sentient creatures. These creatures are different from most entities you will find in the official 5th Edtion books, but they can be fought and killed. Mechanically, they are considered Elementals, and reside primarily in the Spirit Realm.
For more information about spirits, check out the Preview Content on the main page!

What is the Spirit Realm?
The Spirit Realm is a plane of emotions and memories, and the home domain of spirits. It’s a fog-bound dimension that overlaps the physical realm such that every location on the Prime Material Plane has a representation in the Spirit Realm. However, the Spirit Realm is not an exact replica. Instead, it is a near-perfect representation of the world’s collective memory. The features of the Spirit Realm are constantly shifting to reflect their material counterparts, but these changes are not instantaneous. If a building burns to the ground in the Material Plane, it may still exist in the Spirit Realm for a while before it turns to rubble, and the speed of the change depends on how quickly the news reaches the masses.
For more information about the Spirit Realm, check out the Preview Content on the main page!

Is the Spirit Realm the same as the Ethereal Plane?
Well, Yes and No.
The Spirit Realm is comparable to the Ethereal Plane in the fact that it overlaps the Material Plane, but it has several key differences. Firstly, it is not always aligned perfectly. Some places in the Spirit Realm look very different from their Material counterparts. Additionally, in some regions, the Spirit Realm merges with the Material Plane and creates unique spiritual phenomena (see the Preview Content for some examples!)
For the purposes of game mechanics, you can treat the Spirit Realm as an expanded version of the Ethereal Plane, so if a piece of content references the Ethereal Plane in other books, you can treat it as if it refers to the Spirit Realm instead. For instance, the See Invisibility spell allows characters to peer into the Spirit Realm, and the Wall of Force spell extends into the Spirit Realm, preventing passage of spirits.
This is helpful because the Spirit Realm does everything the Ethereal Plane does anyway. Just as ghosts of restless dead fly through the Ethereal Plane’s misty banks, and extraplanar entities use it to move between realms of existence, so too do they navigate the Spirit Realm.

Does this contain AI art?
No. We do not support AI generated art. Every piece of art you see in this campaign (and in the book) is made by humans.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
